American Heart Association

“We have worked with PEP Direct’s donation processing department on our residential program for several years. Our program is complex and previously required a lot of manual opening and processing, which was causing turnaround delays. PEP’s willingness to invest in new equipment and software specifically for our program, though, eliminated the difficulties we were having. We are now receiving our donations sooner, and our donors are being thanked sooner.
