Wilton, NH – June 21, 2004 – PEP Direct, LLC, a leading full service direct mail marketing and production firm, headquartered in Wilton, NH today announced the addition of Rutgers University to it’s growing list of clients.

Rutgers University has engaged PEP Direct, LLC to provide all donation processing and credit card verifications for their Annual Membership Dues drive.

Linda Sousa, Data Services Manager at PEP Direct, LLC, said “The challenging part of this program is that there are 19 schools for which they are receiving donations, and each have their own rates for a single year membership, lifetime membership, etc... PEP has created a new Data Entry process which lists only the schools a person is qualified for so the Data Entry Operator has less to manipulate on the screen, keeping the rate of entry at a high level. For Credit Card validations, PEP is using IC Verify with a multiple seat license which allows us to use a PC driven platform for keying instead of a stand-alone box entering 1 card at a time.
