Wilton , NH – PEP Direct announced today Quadriga Art of New York, NY has
acquired the corporation from the Paralyzed Veterans of America. There will be
no name change for either entity.
The joining of these two non-profit mailers will have a combined benefit to
our clients from the creative, strategic and purchasing strengths of the newly
merged companies. PEP Direct president Sam Blackford is excited about the
prospects this brings both organizations. “We are thrilled to be moving in a
direction that increases PEP’s already robust capabilities in the marketplace.
We can now give our clients yet another level of the outstanding service they
have come to expect from us.”
Mr. Blackford will continue as President and will head the transition team
over the next 6-8 weeks, which will evaluate and merge these two companies. “The
impact on employees and clients will be purely positive,” he adds.
PEP Direct was founded in 1973 by the Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) to
serve as the fundraising arm for its parents. Currently, PEP employs
approximately 400 people at its Wilton, New Hampshire operation, growing in size
to 500 by utilizing a temporary pool of workers during the holiday season. The
Wilton facility has 150,000 square feet and offers services to its clients
ranging from creative design and fundraising strategy through to merge/purge
services, laser personalization, mailing services, remittance processing and
full caging facilities.
